Damgaard Company is currently engaged in a number of well-established growth companies and a few start-up companies.

  • Too Good To Go

Too Good To Go is a B Corp certified social impact company fighting food waste and pushing for change in a world where food waste accounts for 10% of all GHG emissions, yet is a climate action we can all take every single day.

Too Good To Go’s app is the world's largest B2C marketplace for surplus food. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, bakeries, canteens and wholesalers in 17 countries supply meals to the app every day, thereby saving food that would otherwise have been thrown away.

Too Good To Go is also working to change date labelling, pushing for legislative change, and running campaigns in schools, canteens, and for households.

Damgaard Company joined Too Good To Go in 2016 in partnership with Mette Lykke, who was then appointed CEO. Mette Lykke had previously co-founded and was CEO of Endomondo, a sports tracking app that was acquired by the American sportswear brand Under Armour in 2015.

Preben Damgaard continues to support management at Too Good To Go through board presence. He was appointed Chairman of the Board in 2017.

  • Templafy

Templafy is a Danish-born B2B SaaS content enablement platform that aligns workforces (600+ enterprise customers) and enables employees (3m+ end users across 80+ countries) to effortlessly create on-brand, high-performing business content faster.

Since 2014 Templafy has helped companies overcome ’document anarchy’ and disconnected content by offering a platform for business document creation that makes a company’s templates, documents, slides, images and other content easily accessible to the organization – in accordance with the company’s document guidelines and rules and dynamically adapted to the individual employee.
